The position will offer guidance to individuals, couples, families and group who are dealing with situation that affect their mental health and well-being. Working holistically, and using highlights to encourage the client's strengths.
Job responsibilities for the LPC Therapist include;
- Working with individuals, families, and groups to improve mental health.
- Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences.
- Examining issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide.
- Develop a Therapeutic process.
- Must have a possession of master' or doctoral degree in counseling from national or regionally-accredited institution of higher education.
-Therapist with at least 2-3 years of experience working in Counseling.
- Must be knowledgeable of Diagnosis Codes and Assessments.
- A flexible working schedule to service the needs of clients.
-Shared rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line.
- *Credential with: Cigna, United Health Care, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Magellan

Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor is approved by the Board to provide clinical supervision to LPCAs
Job responsibilities for the LPCS Therapist include;
-Responsible for conducting psychosocial assessment for all new intakes and reassessment in the home and community setting and submit authorizations to Insurance Providers.
-To ensure consistency of quality, accountability and high standards in all services - both client support and staff training development.
-Facilitate weekly/monthly supervisions and review all client records of LPCAs caseloads and aid with developing workable strategies for their treatments.
-Perform quarterly quality assurance review with individuals caseloads to review goals, objectives, and strategies. To make the service delivery of the highest quality.
-Maintain records and charts in accordance with organizational, regulatory, accreditation, and contractual standards.
-Responsible for reviewing time-sheets and progress notes of all LPCAs on weekly caseload.

The ideal candidates will possess advanced knowledge of Art Therapy treatment of all levels of care. They will be creative, energetic, and will have strong management skills.
